The project involved migrating telecom services from legacy networks to new optical transport infrastructure, ensuring service continuity, network modernisation, and performance improvement. Around 2,100 services were migrated through detailed planning and controlled execution to minimise impact on end customers.

The activity included the construction of new circuits, execution of migrations within scheduled windows, and continuous service validation, ensuring a safe, efficient transition without any degradation of quality.
