As a Business Development professional, you will analyse IT & Telecom market on a national and international scale to identify potential leads and projects. To achieve this, you will define the business development strategy, prospect leads, take meetings, and oversee the growth of the teams working for your clients.

 

Who are we searching for?

– Degree in Communication, Languages, Management or similar;

– Fluent in English, added bonus if you speak another European language (French, German, Swedish);

– Great interpersonal competencies, communication and sales abilities;

– Great organizational skills and a take-action mindset;

 

Main responsibilities:

– The whole sales pipeline, from identifying leads, to initial meetings, to closing deals (contracts, project follow-up, negotiation)

– Establish a sustainable client relationship

– Working together with your clients in the recruitment process of consultants for their projects

– Responsible for the growth of PrimeIT’s client portfolio

– Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
